4. Appointments and Scheduling

When booking a repair service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the issue requiring repair
• Be available at the agreed upon date and time for the appointment
• Provide reasonable access to the item or area requiring repair
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or for "no-show" appointments.

5.2 Quotes and Estimates

We will notify you and seek your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original quote.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Bank transfers for commercial clients
• Cash payments

For larger repairs or custom work, we may require a deposit before commencing work.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a 90-day guarantee on all our repair work. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to workmanship only and does not cover:

• New or different issues that arise after the repair
• Issues caused by misuse or improper operation
• Normal wear and tear

6.2 Parts Warranty
